Every registration is reported on the same day.

Pro Plan

Business Plan

Custom pricing based on business requirements, usage, API access, data exports, seats, or other agreed features.

Prices, billing periods, included features, and usage limits are those displayed at checkout or agreed in writing.

8.2 Plan Features

Paid plans may include additional functionality such as:

Not all features are necessarily available in every plan.

8.3 Recurring Billing

If you purchase a recurring subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

You authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable payment method for the renewal amount.

The renewal price will be the price applicable to your subscription at the time of renewal, subject to applicable notice requirements.

8.4 Payment Authorization

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize applicable charges.

9.4 Bulk CSV Exports

Where available, eligible subscribers may download domain information in CSV or other supported formats.

Exports may be subject to plan limits, usage restrictions, and additional terms.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you must not:

Resell bulk datasets.
Redistribute substantial portions of exported data.
Build a competing database or domain discovery platform.
Republish exports as a replacement for ExpiredNames.net.
Share exports publicly in bulk.
Circumvent subscription or export limits.
Use exports to provide an unauthorized third-party data service.

You may use exports for lawful internal research, analysis, and business purposes consistent with your subscription and these Terms.

9.5 Data Sources and Third-Party Restrictions

Some Domain Data may be subject to third-party licenses, terms, or restrictions.

You agree to comply with applicable restrictions when using, exporting, or processing such data.

10. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You must not:

(a) The total amount you paid to ExpiredNames.net for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

(b) INR 1,000.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
